There's something undeniably romantic about a log cabin hidden in the woods-a place where the road ends, the noise disappears, and life seems to move at the slower rhythm. Set along the Murdock River, this impressive all log cabin feels like a secret waiting to be discovered. We are a sweet lot, 40 ft of waterfrontage by 302ft deep with hundreds of acres of crown land next door! With so much crown Land the view feels wonderfully untouched. No rows of houses. No busy streets. Just trees, water, wilderness and an extraordinary sense of privacy. We have only one neighbor on this entire section of waterfront. Wow! As you meander down the driveway a sense of relaxation takes over. You have arrived! There are three structures on site consisting of a stunning 1.5 story all log cabin, an older garage structure (needs work) and an outdoor loo. Included is a Transend One, Travel Trailer with a queen bed and two bunks for your family or guests. Step through the door of the cabin and breathe in the scent of fresh pine natural wood, while the warmth and character of the logs surround you. The main floor interior is open concept which invites you to choose your furniture placement and a has potential to have a main floor bedroom or office space. The upper loft is also open concept and provides additional space for a bedroom. The cabin is currently off the grid, with no system set up yet, leaving its next owner the opportunity to shape this retreat in their own way. Solar is an option or maybe you prefer to have propane appliances and candlelit dinners?!We do have Propane appliances that are included but not set up yet. Selling "as-is".
