Descripation

The existing store has a total area of **2,080 sq. ft.** The current tenant will retain a portion of the premises to continue operating the existing bin liquidation business. The remaining space will be divided into a separate unit and made available for sublease. In addition to the base rent and TMI, the subtenant will be responsible for hydro expenses attributable to the subleased premises. The final rental amount will be calculated based on the actual square footage of the newly divided unit.
