Access to the apartment is well lit and outside camera surveillance system and a mature neighborhood provide security and peaceful environment. TTC is available a short walk just outside manse road. Tenant pays 30% of the cost of utilities (Hydro + Gas) required in the premises during the term of the lease and any extension.
